At Sunmukhi, we believe that tradition and refinement walk hand-in-hand. Our Refund & Returns Policy is crafted to ensure your trust in us remains as pure as our skincare. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange.
Eligibility
To qualify, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with their original packaging — reflecting the same care with which they were sent to you.
Non-Returnable Items
Items We Cannot Accept
For reasons of safety and hygiene, certain products cannot be returned. These include:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Perishable items (food, flowers, magazines)
- Hazardous materials or flammable products
Proof of Purchase
Receipt Required
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return. Please do not send products directly back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
Situations Where Partial Refunds Apply
Partial refunds may be granted if:
- A book shows obvious signs of use
- A CD, DVD, or opened software item has been used
- The product is returned damaged or missing parts not due to our error
- Returns are made after 30 days of delivery
